Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement.
After this period, orders may already be in processing or transit and cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival
The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
The item is unused and returned in its original packaging (where applicable)

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear
Items returned without prior approval
Items returned outside the eligible return window
Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the returned item (if required) is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
Refund processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or error on our part.

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping instructions will be provided by our support team.
For other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
